Age Group Level 5 USASF Divisions
- 12 and under Female

Rules and Guidelines - Age Group Level 5 Divisions
Must follow the USASF Level 5 Guidelines
Rebounding skills and change of directions are allowed in all divisions.
Contestants will be judged on a single running tumbling pass consisting
of no more than 10 skills.
Tumbling Pass - Consecutive skills with no steps. Pass will be
counted from the first skill performed.
Example - Punch front step out (1) Round off (2) back handspring (3)
whip back (4) whip back (5) back handspring (6) double full (7) punch
front step out (8) round off (9) double full (10)
No steps are allowed with in the pass. If steps are taken with in the pass skills following the steps will not be judged - Example - punch front step out (1) round off (2) back handspring (3) double lull (4) three steps hurdle, round off, back handspring double full - all skills alter the second step will not be judged.
Athletes who are 18 may compete in either USASF or Free Style Division - but not both.
Free Style Division
- 18 and up Female
- 18 and up Male

Not limited by any USASF Guidelines.
Two flipping and three twisting skills are allowed.
